Survival In The Wild

Our teacher Mr Nath had told us to make a presentation so that we could learn more about survival in the wild and we learnt alot thank to our teacher Mr Nath we know what to do if you would like to know how to survive in the wildly wood just watch the presentation that me and my two friends did thank you

How Waves are made

1. Waves are mainly blown from the wind.
2. The best waves for surfing are the interaction of winds on the surface of the ocean.
3. Local shore winds can also produce waves but they can also destroy and break down waves.
4. Wind is the first step in the formations of surf able waves.
5. In deep water, low pressure wind speed is good and more waves are generated by the power.

My day Yesterday

Yesterday I was thinking to myself today I'm going to b the best student to Mr Nath but when I walked into the classroom I saw Mr Nath wasn't there he was sick so I hear . Then i saw Mr Chiem  and he was in the the army in Delta 1 and as soon as he left the  army 6 moths later Delta 1 left to go to battle to protect New Zealand but Mr Chiem couldn't go because he had left the army Delta 1 and Mr Chiem was really upset.

Breakfast with the Blues Rugby Team, Kyana Lee

On Monday in the morning, my brother ,Dasharn, and I  woke up at 5:00am in the morning to have breakfast with the Blues Rugby Team. We did a karagna for them and then  we  did a Haka. At about around 7:00am, we went into the Wharekai and  in the Wharekia there was English breakfast. I sat next to Piri Weepu ,Ma'a nonu , Benji Marshall , Keven Mealamu. My little brother Dasharn , my step brother  and my young uncle Maza all sat with us.

Goldilocks

 Today I went onto sunshine online and read a story called goldilocks and i was about when goldilocks was taking a walk through the forest when she found a cottage and the door was wide open and so she walked inside and found three porridge  blows and she one big one one medium and one small goldilocks tried the big blow but it was to hot so she tried the medium blow but it was to cold then she tired the small blow and it was just right then she felt tired so then she sat one the big chair but was to hard then she sat one the medium one but it was to soft then she sat on the small one and it was just right but then i broke then she felt tired so the she went up into the bed room's and then she saw the bed's she layed on the big bed but it was to hard the she layed on the medium bed but it was to soft then she layed on the small bed and it was just right and it was so comfortable that she fell asleep and then went three bears came home they were asking themselves "who's been eating my porridge who's been sitting in my chair " and poor baby bear said "all my porridge is gone and my chair is broken and then they all went upstairs and the saw that Goldilocks was still in baby bear bed and then goldilocks woke up and saw three bears and screamed and ran and didn't stop until she got home.

Duffy Theater Show

Last Tuesday at Glenbrae school hall we had a duffy theater. They were talking about how  important it is to  read because you would learn so much just from one story .

First they  started on a really funny way of telling the story. The funnest part was when they were trying to find each other but it was really hard for them .

Then they both found each other. They were brothers,the youngest one was Scruffy, Afi was the middle child and Duffy was the oldest. Duffy always wrote stories for his younger Brother Scruffy.

Straight after breakfast duffy started to read a story to Scruffy.  The story was about when Duffy lost his words .

He started off with, Duffy was sleeping then he had this terrible dream that there was this man named vore charthe who never won a single words contest  so he went to earth to steal humans words, but before he could do that he had to beat these people in a most words you know contest.

He lost to a beautiful woman and another woman named rude  and it goes to show that he is really bad at the most words you know contest.

Then the bad vore chart tricked him and took Duffys amazing words and Duffy only thought that it was a bad dream but that dream actually happened.

Athletics

                                  

    On Monday 11th November

When the bell rang for  class time Mrs Raj took  us (Room 7) out side to line up in our ages , Room seven  lined up in year six and seven lines , I was in the year six line the first athletics that the year six went to was 100 meter sprint , I was in the first line of people with two girls and one boy their names were James F, Keti

Manuae and me Kyana,I came third out of us four (Mrs Tofa was the person that was doing 100 meter sprint) Mrs Tofa said that the people that came first had to race so that the person that comes first out of the people that come first from the rows , Bono came first Siotame came second and Voni came third and Baden came last...

The bell rang that means that we change over to the next athletics and the next that the year sixes went to was to Mrs Silva , Mrs Silva was doing relays ,Mrs Silva picked which team should be which but when Mrs Silva picked the teams I said ‘“ that's not fair they have all the fast people so Mrs Silva picked me to be a team leader and Manuae to be the other team leader , so  Mrs Silva told me to pick one person at a time and I picked James fine polo , Bono , Voni , Fine , Wairua , Mangila , Baden and me and Manuae had everyone else , Manuae was going to run first but I didn't want to vs her so I put Bono in the front then Manuae put Brandon in the front but my team alway won all thanks to Bono and everyone else  my team won
